Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

Returns will be accepted only when accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization  label for up to two years from the date of purchase. Cartridges returned for reasons other than defective will be charged a 15% restock fee.


Please request an RMA by contacting us at info@greenwaytoner.com and be sure to include "Return" in the subject of the email. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you.

Original purchase order number if known, part numbers, quantity to be returned and reason for return and a sample defect page are required when returning defective cartridges. Non-defective cartridges must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition.

To ensure proper protection for testing, please return cartridges in the original box inside of an outer box.


Refund Policy:

All items returned or deemed defective will recieve a full 100% refund of the product and shipping fees to the original form of payment at check-out.
