Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place an order with Greenway Toner you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This means we have received the order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. In the rare occurrence the toner cartridge(s) you purchased are on back-order or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock it will ship within two business days from the date of your order (typically the same day the order is placed). We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Greenway Toner uses 9 warehouses nationwide to ensure your ordered is delivered as quickly as possible from the date of purchase.
